Foam Rolling: A great way to warm up, cool down, and even rehab

November 2nd, 2016

A foam roller is a great tool not only for injury rehab, but also for warm up, cool down, and prevention. Foam rollers are easily found in store or online and have many uses.  Foam rolling improves circulation, preparing you for a work out.  It can also help you recover post workout.

Check out our video demonstrating a few techniques for different muscle groups.
