5 Pillars of Strength and Conditioning for Golfers

April 14th, 2017

As the weather gets nicer, many of us want to take advantage of the extra sunlight and play 9, 18, or just take a few hacks at the driving range.  Here is a great article from the  Titleist Performance Institute for those who are starting to get back “in the swing”.  It discusses the 5 pillars of strength and conditioning for golfers.

Emma Ardolino, PT, DPT, OCS, TPI Certified is now offering screenings to help golfers of all levels improve their game. You can schedule an evaluation with Emma where she will take you though a swing assessment and assess your mobility and function.  A personalized exercise program will be prescribed to help address your deficits and improve your game.

Contact Emma Ardolino for more information on TPI assessment and pricing options.
